            Delegates Manchin and Skinner move to amend HJUD AM 2-11#2 on page 5, section 2, line 3, by striking out the word “and”;

            And,

            On page 5, section 2, line 6, by striking out the period, inserting a semi-colon and the following: “and(4) a healthcare provider, whose routine violation of federal or state regulatory requirements for minimum required staffing levels at a health care facility that is a proximate cause of harm to a patient, is exempt from the provisions of this article.”
